Net 30 Terms

We offer Net 30 through Faire and on our TS site for our grandfathered vendors.

Zip Code Protection

We do not offerer zip code protection at this time.

ORDER QUESTIONS

I'm in a hurry, can I place a reorder or duplicate a previous order?

You bet! To place a re-order, log in to your account and on the top left bar go to your 'Your Account.' From there, you'll see a record of your previous orders. If you click the little recycle icon above your order number, it will add all of the items from that order to your current cart. You can then either continue shopping or begin the checkout process.

I'm missing product from my order, what do I do?

Please send us an email with your order number and the missing item description. We will send out a replacement or refund of the missing item.

An item from my order arrived defective.

Email us with a photo of the defective item and we will send out a replacement or refund the defective item.

How do you handle backordered items?

If an item your ordered is backordered, it will be noted on your invoice that is included with your shipment.  

When should I expect my backordered item?

We do our best to ship all backordered items in 1-2 weeks, but on occasion it can take longer.

PRODUCT & STOCK

How do I display my vinyl stickers in my store?

We recommend offering our vinyl stickers near your point of sale. Turtle's Soup offers 3 different display options you can find here.

Alternatively, you can place our free vinyl sticker info table tent near a shallow bowl or tray, a business card holder, or acrylic greeting card stand. The display possibilities are endless and so many of our customers have gotten creative!

You can even stick hang tabs on the back of our stickers for displayers that use peg hooks.

Do your stickers include retail packaging?

By default, our vinyl stickers come loose without any packaging.

If you would like packaging, we do offer the following options!

Backing card with sleeve: .50c per sticker

Hang tab: .25c per sticker

These options are upon request only. Please leave a note with your order if you would like to opt for product packaging. We will invoice you the additional charges separately.

I can't find an item I ordered in the past.

If a specific style is not to be found on our site, it might be out of stock or discontinued. Please email us for a restock request.

SHIPPING

How is my order shipped?

We use the USPS to ship most orders. If you would like your order shipped through a different service, please send us an email with your request.  

Does my order quality for free shipping?

USA orders get free shipping with any order.

Canada orders get free shipping with any order over $150

 

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 1-5 business days. All shipments are sent Monday through Friday, unless it's a public holiday in which case, orders will be sent out before or after this day.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask if you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of order placement.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final after your order has shipped.

Can I exchange items in my order?

You can exchange items from your order within 30 days of its delivery date. To start an exchange, email us with your order number and the items you would like to exchange. Exchanges must be in case packs of 6.

Please note, our exchange policy does not apply to seasonal items.

SELLING OF TURTLE'S SOUP PRODUCTS & PHOTOGRAPHY

Where can I resell Turtle's Soup products?

You can resell our goods through your own physical store or your store's website.

Any product sold online must credit our brand, Turtle's Soup.

Selling on Third Party Sites

Selling Turtle's Soup goods on the following venues is prohibited and will result in the refusal of accepting future orders:

  • Through third-party sites such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Daily Deal Sites, etc.

  • Drop-shipping sites like Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc.

  • Classified sites such as Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.

  • Selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers.

 

Can I use Turtle's Soup photography?

Please email us for a free license to use our photography. You must credit Turtle's Soup for each use of our photography on your social media, website, etc.
